Is there a fee for repairs?
For repairs outside the warranty, due to accidental damage, wear and tear or purchased from a separate retailer a fee may apply. We will provide a quote once we assess the item.
Can you replace my item purchased from a separate retailer?
If you’re experiencing trouble with an item purchased from a separate retailer, you will need to contact the seller directly as warranty applies to the retailer and not the manufacturer.
